A couple of years ago my husband blessed me with a weekend away for me and a friend. After some web searching I found Blue Spring Manor, a wonderful bed & breakfast in Vincent, AL. It had everything I needed; quiet, herb gardens, spa treatments, a piano with hymnals in the bench, and a cool keyword Bible study book. Well, I actually cooked something for real on the Big Green Egg tonight. Yum. Just chicken thighs & leg quarters, but they came out SOOOOO good! I used the rub from Paula Deen’s Beer in the Rear Chicken.
Dry Rub:
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons sweet paprika
2 teaspoons brown sugar

This is a family favorite, asian-style noodle dish. The kids call it peanut butter chicken, but I just call it delicious. Craig & I like to add ground red pepper to our plates to give it a kick, but the kids just like it straight. Give it a try, hope you enjoy.
